The information below sets out your rights with your personal identifiable information held by McKendrey & Co. and what happens to your data when you provide it to us. 


What data do we collect? 


We recieve, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way (such as names, addresses, telephone numbers and email address) which is provided to us by our contact with our clients through  email, our contact form online and over the telephone so we can respond to your query, organise a meeting and fulfil our contractual obligations. We collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect session information, including page response times, lengths of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. 

We collect payment information provided by you in order for us to invoice for work completed by us. This may include the business or owners' trading name, first and second names, registered work address, registered work telephone number and company bank details (such as credit card information, account number and sort codes). 

When you conduct a transaction on our website or contact us through the contact form, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. 

In accordance with the new GDPR guidelines, we collect, use and store data and do this in within the requirements of the GDPR and on a lawful basis. 

We collect such non-personal and personal information for the following purposes:

  2. To provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and support;

  3. To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;

We have built our website using provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through's data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We understand that we are responsible for any third-party apps or services implemented on our site which may collect and store personal data. These services include data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and links to our professional social media networks on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram, such sites are also GDPR compliant and have updated their privacy policies.

These third party services have stated they are GPDR compliant, however, please be aware McKendrey and Co. do not have any control over their privacy policies and the content within them. ​​

What do we do with your data? 
The information you share with us will be stored by us so we can correspond with you and carry out our contractual duties and will be stored on our password protected email system (Gmail), our iCloud and/or password protected devices (such as Apple Mac, iPhone, iPad and Macbook). Only staff working at McKendrey and Co. has access to this personal information. 


We will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required to do so by law.

We will never add your email address or telephone number to any marketing communications without your consent.

Cookies and other tracking tools 

It's important to note that third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Six App Market, placing cookies or utilising other tracking technologies through Wix's services, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by Wix Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and the right to request the correction of inaccurate or out of date personal information as well as the right to request that we delete your data, stop processing it or collecting it.

No charge will be incurred for supplying this information to you.  Your request will be dealt with as promptly as possible within the statutory 40 days of receiving the written request.
